• Please call for the shipping rates for orders over 5 items.
• Choice of your own method of shipment and shipping charges will be added to your invoice(please contact us to indicate your shipping method. Rates vary depending on which method is chosen)
• Scheduled pick-up. This option is available for customers to pick up. Please call to schedule pick up after purchasing.

Please note: For your security, please inspect your package for good condition when receiving and signing for receipt. Once the package is received and signed for, its contents are no longer insured.

Return Policy:
APC strives to bring you the best quality and service. To guarantee your satisfaction, we accept returns of merchandise that has not been worn, used or sized, (excluding custom orders), subject to the following limitations:
For a refund or exchange (less shipping charges)

• Merchandise must be returned within 20 days in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
• If your item breaks within 30 days due to quality defects, we will repair it for Free! After 30 days, a repair charge may apply.

We are not responsible for any jewelery items that are not returned in accordance with these terms.
